Consider draft decisions on: the Mid-term Strategy (MTS) 2016–2021, the Mediterranean Strategy for Sustainable Development (MSSD) 2016–2025, the Mediterranean Offshore Action Plan in the Framework of the Offshore Protocol, the Regional Strategy for Prevention of and Response to Marine Pollution from Ships, the Regional Action Plan on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP), the Regional Climate Change Adaptation Framework, the Integrated Monitoring and Assessment Programme of the Mediterranean Sea and Coast and related assessment criteria, the implementation of updated national action plans, the mercury environmentally sound management guidelines, the implementation of the Marine Litter Regional Plan, the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Action Plan for ICZM, the action plans concerning cetaceans, coralligenous and other calcareous bio-concretions, and species introductions and invasive species, the Roadmap for a Comprehensive Coherent Network of Well-managed MPAs, the List of Specially Protected Areas of Mediterranean Importance, the compliance committee and mechanism, the revised reporting format, the MCSD governance, the Environment Friendly City Award, the programme of work and budget 2016–2017, as well as the implementation of the decision “Assessment of the Mediterranean Action Plan” .
