Adopt the MSSD and commit to fully implement its objectives, orientations and proposed actions as appropriate; Decide to endorse the NAPs, achieve their full implementation and integrate them into the national plans and programmes; Commit to take necessary measures to effectively protect the Mediterranean Monk Seal and reverse its decline.
