Adopt the Guidelines concerning Pleasure Craft Activities and the Protection of the Marine Environment in the Mediterranean and invite the Contracting Parties to develop measures and procedures for the implementation of the actions set out in the Guidelines, individually or in co-operation; Invite the non-Mediterranean States whose pleasure craft sail the Mediterranean Sea to adopt, if not yet done so, analogous Guidelines.
