Approve the Governance paper; Request the Secretariat to report to the Bureau of the Contracting parties the measures and actions for its implementation; Request it to propose to the Bureau of the Contracting Parties for approval, with prior consultation with the MAP focal points and MCSD members, the criteria and procedure for the selection of the MCSD members; Request the Bureau of the Contracting Parties to nominate the MCSD members.
