Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP GEF Project: Malaria Decision Support Tool: Evaluating Health, Social and Environmental Impact and Policy Trade-Off
(2014)
This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2009 and 2012. The objective of the project was to protect human health and the environment by promoting sustainable malaria control strategies that are consistent with the successful implementation of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. The major objective of the terminal evaluation was to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including its sustainability and replication potential.
