Review the Progress Report on the implementation of the Mediterranean Action Plan during 1989-1990, with regards to the following aspects: Programme management and coordination for the Mediterranean Action Plan, implementation of the LBS and Dumping Protocols, monitoring of marine pollution, prevention and combating pollution from ships, protection of the common Mediterranean Heritage, Environmentally Sound Management of the Mediterranean Coastal Zone and information.
