Decision IG.19/7 - "Regional Plan on the reduction of BOD5 from urban waste water in the framework of the implementation of Article 15 of the LBS Protocol"

Adopt the Regional Plan on the reduction of BOD5 from urban waste water and invited the Contracting Parties to take the necessary measures to its implementation. The Regional Plan sets out concrete measures to be adopted in a specific timetable, while guidelines are provided on monitoring, enforcement and reporting.
