DECISION OF THE MEETING - Fifteenth Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean and its Protocols; Procedures and mechanisms on compliance under the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols

Approve and adopt the Procedures and mechanisms on compliance with the obligations under the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols; Agree to set up the Committee and decide on its composition; Request the Compliance Committee to consider general compliance issues and to submit to the COP16 draft rules of procedure for the Committee for adoption as well as a report on its activities.
