DECISION OF THE MEETING - Sixteenth Ordinary Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean and its Protocols; Implementation of and reporting on Guidelines for the determination of Liability and Compensation for damages resulting from pollution of the Marine Environment in the Mediterranean Sea Area

Adopt the reporting format for reporting on the implementation of the Guidelines, and the Programme of Action to facilitate the implementation of the Guidelines; Decide to extend the mandate of the Working Group of Legal and Technical Experts for the biennium 2010-2011; Invite the Contracting Parties to cooperate and provide support to facilitate the implementation of the Guidelines; Request the Secretariat to support them in implementing the Guidelines.
