The ministerial segment of the thirteenth session of the African Ministerial Conference on the Environment (AMCEN) was held at the International Conference Centre in Bamako from 23 to 25 June 2010. It was attended by representatives of AMCEN member States and representatives of African regional and subregional organizations, United Nations agencies, secretariats of various environmental conventions and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations.
