Decision adopting the Financial Rules for the administration of the Bamako Convention, establishing a Revolving Fund for assistance in case of emergency situations, adopting the scale of contributions to the regular budget and to the Revolving Fund, and establishing a Trust Fund for the Bamako Convention.
