Upon adoption of the Program of Work and budget for NOWPAP for the 2016-2017 biennium at the 20th NOWPAP IGM, the 14th CEARAC FPM was held in Toyama, Japan on 7-8 April 2016 to review the details of its activities for the 2016-2017 biennium.
