The training of theory and practice of POPs analysis was attended by employees of the Mauritius Sugarcane Industry Research Institute (MSIRI), but in addition also from two other institutes at Mauritius. Theoretical aspects of the analysis of POPs served as an introduction to the activities that took place in the practical training that followed.
