Description
Le fascicule présenté ici porte sur l'énergie en region méditerranéenne et sur sos rapports avec lenvironneinent, tant en ce qui concerne la situation prOsente quo los evolutions prospectives possibles a moyen et long terme. L'Onergie, qui se situe au cceur de toutes les activités do production et do transport et joue dans be même temps un role majeur dans la vie domestique, constitue l'un des secteurs identifies comme un 'sous-système dans le Plan Bleu, an même titre que lindustrie ou lagriculture. Pour cette raison, le Plan Bleu lui-même na pas manqué d'intégrer les considerations Cnergétiques dans sa réfiexion prospective densemble sur le bassin méditerranéen et comporte ainsi un important chapitre sur le sujet. Cependant, comme pour les autres secteurs économiques, il a paru nécessaire de consacrer a la problématique énergétique en Méditerranée et aux changements qui peuven laffecter au plan technologique comme au plan des comportements et des réglementations, l'étude plus specifique qui est publiée ici. il importe en effet de degager clairement les lignes de force qui perdurent et los options qui soffrerit dans ce secteur cle de l'activité humaine, dont lévolution est aujourdhui marquee par les risques reels ou probables quil fait peser sur l'environnement, tant au niveau local qu'au niveau regional ou global.
