Proceedings of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum at its Eighth Special Session

The eighth special session of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum was held at the International Conference Centre in Jeju, Republic of Korea, from 29 to 31 March 2004.
