dc.description | This report presents the Mid-term Evaluation of the UNEP GEF project implemented between 2006 and 2011. The overall objective of this project is to maximize the effectiveness of Jakarta’s Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) system and use it as a catalyst for urban transport reform in Jakarta and other key Indonesian cities. The MTE had the purpose of assessing the progress of the project, and to make recommendations useful to the continuation and completion of the project. | |
