Description
El GEO Montevideo se elaboró a partir de un proceso participativo incorporando los puntos de vista y percepciones de expertos, instituciones, políticos, académicos y organizaciones no gubernamentales relacionados con la gestión ambiental urbana en la Ciudad, lo que ha permitido construir consensos sobre los asuntos y cuestiones prioritarias a través del diálogo.
