DECISION OF THE MEETING - Nineteenth Ordinary Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean and its Protocols; Compliance Mechanisms and Procedures, Membership and Working Programme of the Compliance Committee for the Biennium 2016-2017

Adopt the Recommendations of the Compliance Committee, on the facilitation of reporting and functioning of the Compliance Committee (Decision IG. 21/1) as well as the 2016-2017 Work Programme of the Compliance Committee; Request the provision of useful information and support to the Committee in order to comply with its responsibilities; Invite the Compliance Committee to examine the general issues related to compliance; Elect and/or renew the Compliance Committee members and alternate members.
