The revised MSSD should have a long time-frame (10 years) with both forward-looking and action-oriented elements, be articulated with global, regional and MAP processes, be result-oriented, including the integration of MAP’s priority fields of action and relevant processes and integrating the strategic orientations of the SCP Action Plan and other relevant policies. | |
