dc.description	Review the four technical annexes to the Guidelines for Updating National Action Plans (namely annexes on: a) criteria for hot spots and sensitive areas assessment; b) national budget of pollutants; c) indicators to assess the implementation of the Land-Based Sources, Dumping and Hazardous Waste Protocols, as well as LBS Regional Plans and NAPs; and d) cost-effectiveness/ cost benefit analysis in selecting programmes of measures) and provide strong impetus for the NAP update process at country level.
