DECISION OF THE MEETING - Seventeenth Ordinary Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean and its Protocols; Reporting on measures taken to implement the Convention and its Protocols

Invite the Contracting Parties to update annually the data provided on ICZM to obtain a reference basis which will facilitate the finalization of the reporting format; Urge INFO/RAC to revise and make urgently available an amended and more user-friendly on line reporting format aligned with InforMEA; Request the Coordinating Unit to present a proposal on the frequency of national reporting on implementation of the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols and to undertake an analysis of the overall implementation progress.
