dc.description	Approve the Resolution on regional strategy on prevention of pollution of the marine environment by ships. The Resolution aims at strengthening national capacity and developing regional cooperation with regards to the prevention of ship-based marine pollution. Priority actions include the implementation of the relevant IMO Conventions by the Flag State, Port State and Coastal State, the development of port reception facilities, the safety of navigation, the surveillance of discharges and prosecution of offenders and the emergency towing.
