This document presents the final report for the Terminal Evaluation (TE) of the UN Environment/GEF project “Integrated responses to short-lived climate forcers promoting clean energy and energy efficiency” Implemented between September 2012 and July 2016. The primary objective of the project was to contribute to the development and implementation of a more comprehensive and sustainable Low Emissions Development Strategy (LEDS) for Mexico through an integrated assessment of short-lived climate forcers (SLCF), and the development and demonstration of targeted SLCF mitigation policies. The primary pollutants characterized as the focus of attention included, but were not limited to, three main substances: methane, black carbon and the secondary pollutant, tropospheric ozone.en_US
