 The document is too long and repetitive. We encourage the Secretariat to present a more shorten and summarized revised version that synthesizes the various guiding principles of the ECOSOC President's note. The document includes diagnoses whose sources are not cited and are unknown. In this regard, we request the Secretariat to inform the sources of several of the statements made, in particular points (a), (b) and (c) of the document, taking into account it will be a UNEA input and not a UNEP input.
