Report of the Meeting of Ministers of South Asian Countries to Initiate the South Asia Co-operative Environment Programme (SACEP)
Description
The meeting was held to underscore the following: to establish SACEP (South Asia Co-operative Environment Programme); to accept the offer of the Sri Lanka delegation to provide facilities for the Secretariat of the Co-ordinating Committee; and that all countries of South Asia region would extend their help.
