This manual contains information specific to the agri-food sector supplementing the eco-innovation manual when working with companies in this sector. As agri-food is a resource intensive sector with significant adverse environmental and social impacts, this supplement was developed to support the application of eco-innovation by companies in the sector. The supplement is complementary to the Eco-innovation Manual and not a stand-alone guide. Similar to the Eco-innovation Manual, this supplement makes use of a learning case study of a fictional company Mango Pulp Co. in a developing country to illustrate the implementation of the eco-innovation methodology and selected templates applicable to the agri-food value chain.en_US
