The objective of this document is to lay out a possible road map through which conflicts between settled populations and nomads over access to summer pastures may begin to be resolved. It does not attempt to resolve the conflict but to lay out factors which need to be taken into account and to suggest a workable process. The overall goal is to advance peace and sustainable pasture utilization, impeded by these conflicts. The road-map is prepared for all stakeholders including settled and nomadic communities themselves and their traditional and political representatives.en_US
