Diflubenzuron is an odourless, white, crystalline solid. It is almost insoluble in water and poorly soluble in apolar organic solvents. In polar to very polar solvents, the solubility is moderate to good, e.g., in acetone 6.5 g/litre at 20 C. Diflubenzuron is highly soluble in N-methylpyrolidone (200 g/litre), dimethylsulfoxide, and dimethylformamide (both 120 g/litre).en_US
