This strategy has been presented, discussed, commented upon and modified through inputs from various interest groups; the Vice President’s Office, Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children; Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment; Ministry of Regional Administration and Local Government; the Municipal Councils of Dar es Salaam; and the Environmental NGOs.
