dc.description | This paper responds to a request to UNEP from the UNFCCC Expert Group on Technology Transfer to examine operational modalities for climate technology centres and networks. The paper first dis- cusses possible dimensions for the climate technology centre and network, and it reviews a number of existing networks and centres. It then distinguishes five options for the organizational structure and describes potential operational characteristics for each of these options. All options examined seek to build from existing climate and non-climate-related public and private technology centres, networks, and initiatives. | en_US |
