The SEA circular project - "Reducing marine litter by addressing the management of the plastic value chain in South-East Asia" – aims to reduce marine plastic litter by ensuring that less plastic is entering general solid waste streams where the coverage and effectiveness of the management systems is weak. This Annual Report 2022 provides an overview of project implementation progress from 1 January until 31 December 2022. The report presents progress against the Project Workplan 2022, with a summary of delivery against the project results framework. The report also identifies impacts of and responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as changes made to project implementation and governance arrangements.en_US
