The Executive Board of the Global Framework on Chemicals Fund is a subsidiary body of the International Conference, hence, the rules of procedure of the International Conference apply mutatis mutandis to the proceedings of the current meeting, unless otherwise decided by the International Conference at its next session. | en_US |
