| dc.description | The purpose of this policy brief is to propose concrete entry points and policy guidance to promote a systemic approach to UPA in Kampala, based on a mapping of existing initiatives, actors and policies in the city, and to increase knowledge and awareness of UPA’s contribution to sustainable food systems. It also makes the case for investing in multi-stakeholder collaboration, between multiple sectors and multiple levels of government to strengthen UPA in Kampala.
