dc.descriptionDecide to continue the implementation of the NAPs and foresee their revision in 2011; Request MED POL to identify priority substances and sectors, a differentiation mechanism for the implementation of regional ELVs, based on BAT, to start the process of developing regional and/or sub-regional EQOs for the marine environment, to identify relevant elements and indicators arising from the implementation of the ecosystem approach, and to establish a working group to develop by 2011 action plans and programmes containing the legally binding measures and timetables required by article 15 of the LBS Protocol.
