Organizers of the contest were State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection, Center of Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and United Nations Development Programme in Uzbekistan.
