dc.description | This report aims to establish the relationship between cadmium dose and early indications of renal dysfunction in humans and utilizes this relationship to suggest acceptable exposure levels to the metal. Data from epidemiological studies of several environmentally exposed populations in Japan and one group of occupationally exposed workers were utilized. Regression analysis was used to establish dose-effect relations, while dose-response relationships were calculated by probit analysis. | en_US |
