This catalogue is intended to help industry in developing countries make a transition from ozone depleting substances to alterhatives that do not threaten the ozone layer. It is targeted priniarily at plant engineers and managers responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing these alternatives. it is expected that government policy makers in developing countries will also find it useful as they work with industry, bilateral agencies and agencies of the Multilateral Fund responsible for implementation of the Montreal Protocol.
