The specific objectives for Egypt Country Study are to: (i) Determine, on the basis of analysis of the past experience, the barriers against implementation of RETs in Egypt, and to identify the favourable conditions and actions required for such implementation; (ii) Apply the knowledge gained and results of the analysis of past projects for a detailed analysis of barriers to a chosen set of potential RETs implementation projects with view to success; and (iii) Identify specific RET projects for implementation including necessary actions to overcome identified barriers.
