This bibliography is the second in the series devoted to the documents produced by the United Nations Environment Programme. Like the first bibliography, it serves as a user's guide to the holdings of the UNEP Library and secondly, it is hoped that it will stimulate interest in the work of the United Nations Environment Programme on the part of interested organizations and individuals. The documents described in this bibliography are those documents produced for or during the annual sessions of the UNEP Governing Council. It includes all documents issued for the first through eleventh sessions as well as the 1982 session of a special character held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the convening of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment.
