Further issues of an Egyptian Plant Red Data Book include the following phases: I. Volume 1,2 would include about 90 species of the endanangered woody perennials. Some taxa are critical and require thorough systematic revision; II. Volume 2, would include some 220 annual, biennial or perennial species. A major part of these taxa are the subject of current systematic revision. Ill. A final version of volumes 1 (1,2) and 2 is to be prepared, including revised information from all available sources. Also, the completion of the drawings and/or illustration and photographs will be undertaken.
