Description
Como parte de esta evaluación, se llevaron a cabo los estudios técnicos para identificar las áreas de mayor peligro ante eventos relacionados con el clima: derrumbes, deslizamientos, erosión e inundación, en las zonas urbanas y rurales de Xalapa y San Andrés Tlalnelhuayocan. A partir de esto, se delimitaron las zonas donde las personas, sus sistemas productivos y ecosistemas están más expuestos ante la acumulación de estos peligros. En paralelo, mediante la utilización de diversas variables sociales y económicas se construyó un indicador de sensibilidad socioeconómica por área geoestadística básica del INEGI (AGEB rurales y urbanas). Fueron utilizados 16 indicadores comprendidos en siete temas: Vivienda (servicios y bienes), Salud, Discapacidad, Población, Educación-Tecnología, Género y Economía.
