dc.descriptionThe present POPs Data Handling Guidance intends to provide additional assistance, to six Pacific Islands in the processing, interpretation, and presentation of their own data using basic excel tools. The procedure for data handling is mainly based on the directions established by the GMP Guidance and use the GMP DWH tools as support. The objective of this document, the training course and tutorials is to support building capacity on handling and interpretation of data on levels of POPs in national circumstances, to facilitate the use of POPs monitoring results for the preparation of the final project report of the UNEP/GEF POPs GMP II project, and for informed decision making and actions to reduce exposure to these chemicals. This Guidance is organized into six modules according to the Data Management course, Figure 1, in order to facilitate the understanding of the lectures and help the participants during the training sessions.en_US
