It embeds internal controls and risk treatment mechanisms into procedures, templates, and tools, aiming to scale up UNEP and UNEP-administered MEAs' roles as strategic partners, create effective partnerships for transformational change, strengthen regulatory frameworks, upscale best practices, and deliver 'nature-positive' solutions across sectors.en_US
