This report demonstrates and details CAREC’s national and regional programmatic and institutional ef-forts implemented as per the organization’s mandate. Intellectual, technical and institutional outcomes and achievements which the Center was able to generate in 2015 are no less than striking and greatly contribute to the fulfillment of CAREC-2020 strategic plans.
