SolarChill, an innovative global initiative that is developing a climate- and ozone-friendly vaccine cooler that is powered by solar energy and which will directly help improve the health of children in developing countries. Produced by a partnership of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the World Health Organisation (WHO), UNICEF, GTZ, Greenpeace, Program for Appropriate Technologies in Health (PATH) and the Danish Technological Institute (DTI).
