El informe GEO Juvenil Perú (cuyas siglas en inglés son Global Environment Outlook, significan Perspectiva de Medio Ambiente Mundial), es parte de la familia de los informes GEO del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Medio Ambiente (PNUMA) que son una revisión del estado del ambiente mundial, dando respuesta a los requerimientos de monitoreos establecidos por la Agenda 21 y a una decisión de su Consejo de Administración, son la fuente de mayor autoridad sobre la situación ambiental al ser realizado en asociación con expertos y centros colaboradores de todo el mundo. Este es un proyecto iniciado a partir del GEO para América Latina y su versión Juvenil “Abre tus Ojos al Medio Ambiente” y el GEO Perú del 2000.
