This ecosystem management training program is designed to bring together, in a facilitated and highly interactive setting, a group of 1530 catchment managers, advancing their interest and skill in ecosystem approaches to water and to their catchment. The materials are designed to support a facilitated, face-to-face, week-long workshop that will empower such managers to understand the tools and concepts needed to build programs, direct staff and allocate resources as they develop and implement an ecosystem approach.
