This document summarizes the conclusions concerning the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of the Hungary–Croatia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme. The aim of the SEA was to improve quality and consistency of the Programme, especially in a sustainability context by transferring the feedbacks form professionals and stakeholders to programme planners.
