The UNESCO-UNEP International Environmental Education Programme developed a document series of experimental modules for the pre-service and in-service training of primary school teachers, secondary school science teachers and social studies science teachers in the area of environmental education. This project was designed to evaluate the utility of those modules utilizing a select panel of international experts in environmental education
