This tool-kit is a practical planning tool that can be used to facilitate the operationalization of existing national green economy strategies in African countries at the sub-national scale. Many African countries have formulated national level policies and strategies for green economic development, and this tool-kit is designed to complement national scale work with concrete implementation at sub-national scales.
